A man burned to death Wednesday when his fuel truck overturned and caught fire on a street in Dammam.
Eastern Province Civil Defense teams succeeded in putting out the fire, but were unable to rescue the driver. Col. Ali Mohsen Al-Zahrani, media spokesman at the Eastern Province traffic police, said that they have yet to determine the victim’s identity.
Police shut down the Al-Jubail road leading to Dammam for 30 minutes until firefighters completed their work.
